“Working with Ben was great!  When life in the United States shut down due to Covid-19, I knew I was going to need to get creative with our Easter dinner.  The shops weren't reliably stocked, and restaurants were not open.  Thankfully I had a large supply of venison.  Unfortunately, my cooking knowledge where venison is concerned was fairly limited. I needed a professional. Ben's enthusiasm for food, sense of humor, and style of teaching made putting together the perfect Easter dinner manageable and fun.  Living on the opposite side of the ocean was not a problem at all!  Through a series of emails and FaceTime lessons, we were able to put together a suitable menu and work together on preparations for my venison loin, sauce, and side dishes.  When Easter arrived, all I had to do was finish pulling everything together because the prep work was already done!  It was the first holiday meal that I've ever prepared that didn't leave me feeling completely exhausted.  I was able to enjoy the day with my family without spending all afternoon cooking and all evening cleaning up. ”
